Start your day with intention, clarity and embodied presence. Our Yoga - Vinyasa Flow course is a calming, breath-led yoga class designed to gently awaken the body and settle the mind. Each 45-minute session weaves together mobility, gentle vinyasa, pranayama, mudras, subtle mantra and restorative sound-helping you feel centred, steady and ready for whatever the day brings.

This is a supportive space for performers, creatives and busy Londoners who want a consistent morning ritual that builds strength and mobility while easing stress and supporting focus.

Do I need previous yoga experience?
No. The pace is calm, steady and supportive, and everything is taught in an accessible way.
Is this class strenuous?
It’s gentle and breath-led. You’ll still build strength, mobility and stability, but without rushing or pushing.
What style of yoga is it?
A gentle vinyasa-based practice with mindful mobility, breathwork (pranayama), mudras, subtle mantra and restorative sound to close.
What if I’m not flexible?
You don’t need to be flexible. This class helps you build mobility and ease over time, with options for different bodies.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring water. Optional: a light blanket/eye pillow for the final relaxation.
Are mats and blocks provided?
Yes - mats, blocks/bricks and belts are available on site (you can bring your own mat if you prefer).

All City Academy tutors are experienced professionals from theatre, film/TV and performance industries. So whilst they're training you they may also be rehearsing for a West End show or working on a movie. We like that and we do believe it makes a difference in class.
