Yes - this course is best suited to those who have completed a beginners course or have some basic dance experience. What’s the difference between beginners and improvers? Improvers focuses more on refining technique, learning longer routines, and developing performance quality, rather than just learning the basics. Will I perform in this course? There’s no formal performance, but you’ll work on full routines and develop the confidence to perform in class. What should I wear to class? Comfortable workout clothes and trainers or dance sneakers. You’ll want to be able to move freely. Is this course physically demanding? It’s more energetic than beginners, but still accessible.
