This course is not suitable for complete beginners. We recommend that you have already completed our House & Shuffle Dance Course or have some prior experience with House or Shuffle styles. You’ll need a basic understanding of steps and rhythm to keep up with the pace. What will I learn during the course? You’ll build on your existing skills by learning more complex footwork, transitions, and combinations. The focus is on performance, so you’ll also develop musicality, stage presence, and confidence, culminating in a choreographed routine performed live. What should I wear to class? Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement—like a T-shirt and joggers—and trainers with good support. Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated! How is this course different from the regular House & Shuffle course? This performance course is a progression from the standard House & Shuffle classes.
