A one-off introductory session where you’ll experience the glamour, energy, and musicality of Bollywood dance while learning its key movements and techniques. No prior experience is necessary, our tasters are designed for complete beginners. The emphasis is on fun, learning, and enjoying the music. Do I need to wear anything specific? Wear clothes you can move in easily such as a t-shirt and leggings. In terms of footwear go for barefoot, socks or trainers.
