This course combines drawing techniques with meditation, music and poetry, helping you develop your skills while giving you the space to unwind and reconnect with your creativity. You will explore a range of drawing techniques, including pattern-making, using colour, drawing from the imagination and observation, understanding space and composition, and exploring light, shadow and shading. Meditation, music and poetry will accompany your creative practice throughout. As with all of our art and drawing classes, you’ll receive friendly guidance and feedback from an experienced tutor. Drawing for Mindfulness is the perfect way to wind down after a days work and learn to draw along the way.
