A good understanding of flamenco rhythm is recommended. Each session includes a warm-up and technical exercises focusing on footwork, arms, turns and body movement. You will learn choreography gradually through clear instruction and repetition, developing both your technique and your understanding of the mood, rhythm and character of the chosen palo. As the course progresses, you will work on refining your movement, improving your expression and dancing with greater confidence and authenticity.
