Each week, we’ll help you build your confidence by learning short routines, which come together into a fun, choreographed dance by the end of the course. Throughout the course, you’ll build physical strength, flexibility, and stamina to support high-energy routines, while developing the confidence and stage presence needed to perform with charisma and impact. You'll enhance your coordination and body control, refining hand, foot, and full-body movements for greater precision. In addition, you'll gain cultural awareness through exposure to Indian dance traditions, storytelling techniques, and stylistic nuances.
