On our dance workshop, you will be taught how to experiment with the shapes your body can create, using movement as a form of release. Using a catalogue of Urban steps and techniques, you will explore expressing these moves free-form before learning taught choreography, including phrases and sequences to add to your Freestyle practice. Explore character, quality of movement and dancing without boundaries in this freeing workshop. Enjoy an emotional, as well as physical release from daily stresses in a safe and welcoming environment under the guidance of professional dance tutors. URBAN CONTEMPORARY WORKSHOP - CONTENT Break down barriers and allow yourself to dance more freely and uniquely. Become comfortable with your own body and recognise where strengths lie and what you need to work on moving forward.
