It will take you further into the unbounded diversity of Bollywood, by teaching you how to blend Indian classical dance, jazz, hip-hop and modern. Bollywood Improvers is where you bring the essential Bollywood techniques to life before putting them all together in an exciting East-West routine. You will be immersed in the discipline and passion of Bollywood dance, while enjoying its fundamentally fun and humorous style. BOLLYWOOD DANCE CLASSES - IMPROVERS CONTENT Understand posture: and an awareness of the dancing space as well as the fundamentals behind Bollywood dance Learn simple routines: combining basic dance moves while having a good time Acquire a solid base of Bollywood dance vocabulary Isolate body parts: to define movements, and develop coordination and rhythm Learn a variety of dance styles: from traditional Indian to Street, Bhangra, Salsa, Middle Eastern and Modern Focus on detailed hand gestures: and movement angles Learn the Eastern aspect of Bollywood: including the styles of Bhangra, Traditional and Garba dance Learn the Western aspect of Bollywood: including the evolution of Bollywood dance, and venturing into the styles of Street Bhanga dance You'll receive friendly feedback throughout the course.
