Emma Bingham Emma first began dancing at ‘The Lodge School of Theatre Dance’ in Reading under the direction of Sarah Jane Bullock, at the age of 18 she then embarked on training professionally at Ballet West Scotland. After graduating with a first-class degree in Dance, Emma had the opportunity of joining ‘EBB Junior Company’ in Madrid, where she had the pleasure of working with renowned choreographers including Jean-Philippe Dury and Marco Blázquez, with soloist roles in ‘1936’ and ‘Cel Black Days’. She then worked with ‘Kayzer Ballet’ company in Portugal, dancing and co-choreographing original ballets on tour, directed by Ricardo Runa.

Bio

Emma has since had a varied freelance career in the UK performing, choreographing and teaching. Her performing credits include projects with several ballet and contemporary companies such as ‘Constella Opera Ballet’, ‘The London Ballet Company’, ‘Dew Dance’ and ‘Hack Ballet’, as well as a role in the musical film ‘Satisfaction Guaranteed’ by Candid Broad Productions.

Emma is passionate about dance and movement and loves to share that through teaching.

She is also a qualified Pilates instructor, which has improved her understanding of dance technique and enables her to help students connect to their bodies to understand their own movement.
