Step outside and you are surrounded by brilliant shoot locations, from the Southbank, Leake Street Arches and Lower Marsh Market to Waterloo Bridge, the Thames riverside and the bold architecture of the National Theatre. It is an ideal setting for exploring studio lighting, portraiture, street photography, architecture, composition and natural light, with the city providing a constantly changing backdrop for your work. Useful information Do I need to have completed Levels 1 and 2 to join? Not necessarily. If you already have a solid technical understanding of photography and are looking to focus on creativity and portfolio development, you can join directly. What level of experience is required? This course is for those comfortable with their camera and core technical settings. It’s about pushing creativity and style, not revisiting the basics. Do I need to bring a portfolio? Yes - please bring a selection of your work to review. It doesn’t need to be polished, but it should show your current approach. What equipment should I bring? Bring your own digital camera (DSLR or mirrorless preferred) and any lenses you like to use. A laptop/tablet for reviewing images is also recommended. Will I receive feedback?
