USEFUL INFORMATION Do I need to bring a partner? No, you don’t need a partner to join. We rotate partners during class so everyone can practise leading and following with different people. What level of experience do I need? This course is ideal for dancers who have completed a Ballroom Improvers Course or equivalent, and who are comfortable with basic steps in both Standard and Latin styles. Which dances will I learn? You’ll cover both Standard Ballroom and Latin Ballroom routines from the Bronze Level syllabus - including Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, and Samba. What’s the focus at Intermediate level? You’ll work on refining your dance technique, developing partner connection, and mastering structured routines with confidence and expression. Do I need special shoes or clothing? Comfortable clothing that allows movement is best. Smooth-soled dance shoes or Ballroom shoes are recommended for improved grip and precision.
