Over the course of the day you will be introduced to fundamental Salsa steps and moves in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. The day will be split into two sessions, starting with the basics and slowly building your steps and transitions into more complex combinations. There will be time to practice your new moves with a variety of partners, so that you can gain confidence in your new skills and get ready to use them on the dance floor. Understanding Our Salsa & Bachata Curriculum Salsa and bachata are beautifully rich dances, full of technique, musicality, and finesse and like any true art form, they take time to develop and refine. Each course within our curriculum is designed to be repeated, often more than once. You’ll work closely alongside your peers and your tutor, who will guide you in mastering every element of the material. When you’re ready, you’ll receive a sign-off to progress to the next level, ensuring a solid and confident foundation at every stage.
