Overview Each class, led by our encouraging and passionate instructors, will start with a gentle warm-up and take you step-by-step through more complex sequences. You’ll strengthen muscles, whilst winding them down after a long day. Training covers a range of techniques to help you stretch safely and effectively, improve your posture and alignment, and ultimately achieve greater overall flexibility in your body. STRETCH AND FLEXIBILITY CLASSES - COURSE CONTENT On this Stretch and Flexibility Class, you should expect to: Improve your general level of flexibility through targeted exercises and routines Understand how to stretch and relax different muscle groups in a safe way Increase strength and stamina in an expressive, enjoyable way Improve your dance ability, drawing from a variety of dance styles 👥 Type Dance focused flexibility exercises ✏️ Training A hands on course, the tutor may physically stretch and sometimes re-position you. ★ What to bring Please bring your own yoga mats for classes.
