We start with playful exploration guided by specific instructions to open pathways in the body to play with variety of movement free up the body and creativity. Key elements include; Floor work to foster deeper connection with the body and gravity,tuning to weight, breath and flow of movement. Centre work when we explore a wide range of movement utilizing different parts of the body to move with fluidity and expressiveness. Students will develop and expand their technique, build strength, fluidity, and gradually find complexity and depth in dancing.
